There are other cigar holders out there, why is yours so “special”?
Two average guys decided to make a cigar holder together, because they got tired of dealing with putting a good stogie on the ground and broken wrappers from products that clipped to hold a cigar in place. Is this product life altering? Probably not. However, easily picking up a cigar should just be common sense to any Gentleman.
Why the two versions?
Our Golf Ball was the original design. However, we realized that no two Golfers are the same and still didn’t want to take away that scotch holder…we mean ”Cup Holder”. Hence, the Tee version was born.

This thing doesn’t fit like I expected?
If you ever run into this issue, please do us both a favor and take a picture of the golf car you’re trying to put it in, so that we can do our best to assist you. Also, make sure you’ve watched the videos linked in the question above to ensure it is not user error. If it’s not you, it’s us…well we want to do everything we can to make it right, so please Contact Us so we can figure it out together!
Does it come with a cigar?
No. Go pick your own favorite stogie, every Gentleman has their own preference. We just want to focus on playing golf.
Can I return my Puff Caddy?
Yes, if it is unused and in the original packaging, we can process a return within 30 days. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Please contact info@puffcaddy.com , so we may begin the returns process with you.
I didn’t receive what I ordered or you shipped me the wrong thing!
We are human and so are the people that ship our products. We ship your order from Florida generally within two days of placing it. Don’t forget to account for up to 3 days of mail time as well. If you have an issue, email info@puffcaddy.com and we will work to correct the problem.
Do you ship internationally?
No, based on the last Ryder Cup results we are keeping this in America. Actually, it’s because at this time we cannot guarantee our product functioning properly in other countries golf cars. So for that reason we are keeping it domestic in the USA.

What is with the discoloration note?
With our white version, you may notice some yellowing after use. We don’t recommend resting a cigar in the holder for a long period of time either. Let’s be honest a cigar is meant to be smoked.
Is it washable?
Yes, although probably not dishwasher friendly. A little soap and water will clean your dirty ash…quite nicely.
